Corrections
Every lesson and every question in Sanctorum names the text it was checked against, and we keep a public record of what has been questioned, what we checked, and what changed. A fact-checked library is only worth the name if you can see the checking.
This page is the record. Newest first. Reports come from the "This wasn't clear" tap at the end of every lesson, the "Report an error" link, and our own re-checks. Nothing is edited quietly: if a fact in a lesson or a question changes, it is listed here with the date.
How to report something
Tap Report an error on any lesson (it opens an email to support@sanctorumlabs.com with the lesson already named), or write to support@sanctorumlabs.com. We read every report. If it is a factual point we check it against the primary source named on the lesson, reply to you, and record the outcome below whether or not anything changed.
What "checked" means here
- Lessons. Each lesson lists its sources (textbook, edition, chapter and page) under Sources. Facts in the lesson were checked against those texts.
- Questions. Each question carries the primary source it was written from, with the page or section. The whole question bank was re-checked in August 2026 against the sources' own passages; anything that contradicted the source was corrected, and anything that could not be settled was removed rather than left in.
- What we do not claim. Anatomy texts differ on some figures and names. Where they differ we follow the source named on the lesson and say so; we do not average competing numbers.
The record
| Date | Where | What was raised | What we checked | What changed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Aug 2026 | Whole question bank (222 lessons) | Our own full re-check before the beta | Every question against the passage it cites | 21 questions corrected, 2 restored after checking, 1 removed |
| Aug 2026 | Knee lessons (8), lower-limb lessons (25) | Our own re-check of the hardest lessons | Every stated figure and named structure against the lesson's sources | Wording and figures corrected in five rounds until no contradictions with the sources remained |
| 30 Jul 2026 | Knee — anterior cruciate ligament lesson | Our own re-check: the lesson had the two bundles' tension pattern the wrong way round (which bundle is taut near extension, which in flexion) | Levangie & Norkin, Joint Structure and Function, p. 429; Netter's Clinical Anatomy p. 358 | Bundle behaviour corrected; the Lachman test explanation and the rehabilitation note rewritten to what the sources actually say; two quiz answer keys corrected to match |
From the public beta onwards, reports from students are listed here individually within 14 days of the report.
